海報製作與展示須知
海報尺寸：
- 最大尺寸：寬100公分 x 高200公分。
- 建議尺寸：A0直式（寬841毫米 x 高1189毫米）。
海報布置地點與時間：
- 地點：國立中山大學國際研究大樓（IR）1樓大門口走道。
- 布置時間：1月11日上午9:00至中午12:00。
- 移除時間：1月11日下午4:00之後。
海報展示：
- 展示時間：1月11日中午12:30至下午1:30。
- 要求：
- 參賽者需於指定報告時段起始前10分鐘抵達報告地點。
- 每位參賽者報告時間為5分鐘以內，答詢時間約3分鐘。
- 展示期間請站在海報前回答問題並與觀眾討論。
請確保您的海報符合規定尺寸，並於指定展示時間出席。
Poster Preparation and Guidelines
Poster Dimensions:
- Maximum size: 100 cm (width) x 200 cm (height).
- Recommended size: A0 (portrait) - 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height).
Poster Set-Up Location and Time:
- Location: Entrance Hallway, 1F, International Research Building (IR), National Sun Yat-sen University.
- Set-Up Time: 9:00-12:00, Jan. 11.
- Removal Time: After 16:00, Jan. 11.
Poster Presentation:
- Presentation Time: 12:30-13:30, Jan. 11.
- Requirements:
- Participants must arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before their designated presentation session.
- Each presentation is limited to 5 minutes, with an additional 3 minutes for Q&A.
- Presenters must stand in front of their poster to answer questions and discuss with the audience.
Please ensure your poster meets the specified dimensions and be present during the designated presentation time.
