參賽者需於指定報告時段起始前10 分鐘抵達報告地點，並於比賽開始前10分鐘或休息時間將投影片電子檔上傳至會場電腦，每位參賽者之報告時間為7分鐘，大會將以鈴聲提醒參賽者剩餘之報告時間，於報告起始6分鐘後作第一次響鈴，參賽者必須於第二次響鈴後立即停止報告，答詢時間約5分鐘。本次比賽無法使用個人之筆記型電腦進行報告。

Participants are required to arrive at the presentation venue at least 10 minutes before the start of their designated presentation session. They must upload their presentation slides to the venue's computer either 10 minutes before the competition begins or during the break time. Each participant is allocated 7 minutes for their presentation. A bell will be used to signal the remaining presentation time, with the first bell ringing at the 6-minute mark. Participants must stop their presentation immediately after the second bell. The Q&A session will last approximately 5 minutes. Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations during this competition.
